Almost without exception we have guests at Les Crouquets or at La Tour de Genèbre who have come here to househunt or have an idea that they would like to move here or have been toying with the idea of buying a holiday home in France and they ask us if we know of anywhere for sale……… occasionally the locals also ask us if we know of anyone looking to buy a house in the Dordogne so I decided to add a page here with local properties for sale.

The added advantage is that if anyone sees the property on here there will be no dreaded agency fees (which in France can be anything up to 10% and rarely found under 4%!!)
